You will have seen Jonathans pictures before. Think of an Iron, Toaster, Kettle or a small electrical appliance as he calls it! He is undoubtedly one of the most talented product photographers out there today.

Jonathan will take us through a full evening that includes marketing, advertising and a full practical photoshoot that will make you think twice when photograhing a product. Speaking at the National convention last year, he stopped for a break, nievely thinking "will anyone return for the second half"! They did, some leaving other seminars to see what was happening!
This promises to be a very interesting and informative evening not only for commercial photographers but everybody. We are pleased to be holding this eveing in conjunction with Calumet who are kindly supporting Jonathan by supplying equipment for the evening, and believe me, he uses alot.......along with some baby oil!

The BIPP Western Region are delighted to welcome Bella West FBIPP, for a Social Masterclass.

Bella has been a professional photographer for the past fifteen
years and she is recognised as one of the UK's leading photographers
in her field.In 2008 Bella was awarded a Fellowship of the British
Institute of Professional Photography. She is a regular contributor
and lecturer to the education of photographers and is a passionate
mentor to many who are aspiring to be successful within the industry.
On top of all that Bella is a BIPP Qualifications Assessor.
Her Masterclass will include an environmental shoot, natural light
and use of reflectors on location as well as using light and location
effectively to create dynamic or sensitive portraits. With an
emphasis on refinement of individual style Bella will be showing some
of her very early work alongside current images and will talk through
the process of development as well as explaining why an image could
be considered to be weak and how it could be improved through use of
light/reflectors/composition etc.
Bella will also discuss marketing your style and defining your
market, enabling you to market yourself effectively to your target
market. She will also discuss design and branding and the benefits of
shooting for qualifications.

Day 1 - Entry to the Photovision Roadshows is free however we would be grateful if you would contact Head Office to register your name for the portfolio clinics.
